The CSRA RESA Aspiring Leadership Academy is a dynamic leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of school leaders. Recognizing that effective leadership is essential to student achievement and school success, this academy equips aspiring leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset required to lead purposefully and impactfully.

Who Should Apply? Educators who aspire to leadership roles and are passionate about making a lasting impact in their schools and communities. CSRA RESA will contact applicants for confirmation of participation. All participants must hold renewable Georgia Teacher Certificate.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

September 22, 2025 - Kick-Off Session (Face-to-Face) 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM CSRA RESA

October 2025 - May 2027 Each participant will receive: One Site Visit and One Individual Virtual Coaching Session Designed to provide personalized support and leadership development.

February 16 Virtual Collaborative Session 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Collaborative learning experiences and leadership-focused assignments will be provided.

May (TBD) Face-to-Face Closing Session 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Group Presentations, Reflection and Celebration, Graduation Ceremony
