CSRA RESA's Instructional Coach Learning Luau is a two-day workshop designed for instructional coaches and teacher leaders who desire new or additional knowledge on the many aspects of instructional coaching. During the camp, participants will learn and apply knowledge from Jim Knight’s Instructional Playbook, Joellen Killion’s research-based feedback practices, Elena Aguilar’s professional development processes, and much more! Additionally, an emphasis will be placed upon building relationships and working effectively with teachers. Further, participants will have opportunities to engage in group activities that lead to professional relationships as well as best coaching practices.
